‘Temple is Body?’ What does it Mean?
Each line, each curve, and each breath is a testament to the boundless love and wisdom in the processes that shaped life itself.
To alter this design in our necessarily imperfect comprehensions, to carve or slice away at the sculpture of our being, is not merely an act of self-harm; it is a rebellion against actual identity.
It is far better to promote self-care and prevent harm, in our journey in healing, mentally or physically. There are many resources available to help.

Support Emotion; not Lies
The foundation of Truth is built with purpose, and the body is to support this. Spirit must be completely within this truthful foundation and not outside of it. Care is in honesty, despite perceptions of support. Affirmation of delusions does not help individuals navigate difficult emotions but rather encourages unhealthy behaviours over healthful mental strategies.
Information; Not Mutilation
Many poor decisions are made in ignorance, which becomes normal in society which deifies victimhood. Self-harm and surgical mutilation removes more than body parts, in its denial of honest reality. This is a dismantling of the divine architecture.
Community Connection and Traditions
Community has gone by the wayside in this era, and so has tradition. The human outside of community becomes less, and diseased without society’s immune system in tradition. Empathy in itself and alone is not enough, and does not encourage elevation. Sharing experiences and working through them together reduces isolation and promotes healing.
